Lost or Damaged Items

All of our items are sent via recorded mail, and we keep proof of postage for every item. If any item is lost in the post, Jezebelles will be happy to help you claim your money back from the post office.

All our items are carefully packaged, but if any item is damaged in the post we will be happy to exchange it for a new item. Please report any damaged items to us within 3 working days.

Custom Items

Unfortunately we are not able to refund items that have been custom made to your measurements/in your choice of fabric.

Ready Made Items

We can accept ready made items back in perfect condition for a full refund or exchange within 7 days.

Jezebelles send all our items via recorded mail and we recomend that you do the same - we can not take responsibility for any items that go missing whilst being returned.
